Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic we have altered the way you fill out the consultation form, as we feel it is better at this moment in time to do this at home where possible.

Please could all clients / visitors when visiting the salon be aware there are new social distancing measures in place. Please arrive at the time of your appointment as we we may have to ask you to wait outside if there are clients still in the salon. If you knock on the door one of our therapists will let you in as soon as we can safely.

We have chosen to use the finest professional products to complement our high level of service, to include Germaine De Capuccini Skin care, HD Brows & CACI Non Surgical advanced treatments, Creative Nail Design, Shellac, and St Tropez Self Tan.
In conjunction with Jemma Upton we can offer semi-permanent make-up, microblading and IPL/laser hair reduction. Jemma has been in the beauty therapy industry for over 20 years and has now specalised in the above treatments for 14 years and 20 years respectively.
On Arrival
We recommend you arrive 5 minutes prior to your first appointment to give you time to complete our consultation card. The card allows our therapists to customise your treatment for maximum benefit, and it will be reviewed each time you visit us.
On entering the salon, please switch off your mobile phone.
Booking appointments
It is advisable to book your next appointment before you leave, to ensure you get the date and time to suit you.
Patch test
Patch tests are required on some of our treatments. Tests need to be carried out 24 hours prior to your first treatment. Please ask us for details.
Cancellation & Deposit
We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations to avoid having to charge you 50% of the treatment price. We require a 50% deposit when booking any treatment taking 2 hours or more.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are available for any treatment or amount and they always make ideal presents.
You don’t even need to come into the salon to purchase one, you can simply phone us and pay by credit card.
