Hi, I’m Alex known as Makeup by Alexandra! Freelance luxury bridal makeup artist with a soft glam and natural approach. Cruelty free and vegan friendly with over 7 years of experience.

I specialise in Bridal makeup but also do makeup for all types of occasions too! I cover all skin tones, skin types and all ages of people. I’m based in the East Midlands, Derby to be exact. I mainly travel up to 1.5 hours away but if you’re wanting me to travel further then please enquire too and I’ll be able to give you a quote. I am also based at beauty matters in Mickleover, Derby so I can do either to suit you.

I have been a part of over 150 weddings! Ive also won the Hitched wedding award for 2023 and I am a recommended supplier to wonderful local venues.
